Job Summary and Responsibilities We are looking for a Test Engineer III with strong interest or experience in wireless communications, lab and field testing, RF technologies, and related equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Inventory management, parts ordering, and test equipment handling. Locate test sites using coordinates, maps, and GPS. Debugging hardware and software. Troubleshooting and problem-solving. Remote file download and upload. Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and mapping software. Interact with customers and create reports. Roof climbing using ladder. Requires lifting - pounds of equipment. SAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to, promote, and accept personal responsibility for compliance to: Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health Regulations Industry Consensus Standards Circet USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual Participating in job site safety/hazard analysis Qualifications High School Diploma required or Drive Testing Field experience equivalent - yrs RF drive test experience - years of hands-on experience with RF systems, including assembly and configuration of radio racks and antennas, spectrum analyzer calibration, and RF antenna testing is required Familiar with inventory management, parts ordering, and test equipment handling. Able to locate test sites using coordinates, maps, and GPS. Experience with drive test data collection software and route creation using mapping tools (, Street Atlas). Familiarity with debugging hardware and software used in data collection. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; effective team player and communicator. Capable of remote file download and upload. Comfortable coordinating with remote field personnel and supporting drive test teams. Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and mapping software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with customers and clearly report issues. Dependable, punctual, and able to self-manage tasks and schedules while working independently in the field. Highly organized with solid time management skills; able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to drive in all-weather conditions. Willingness to travel for up to two weeks at a time (total travel is less than %). Standard work hours: : AM – : PM, with occasional extended days as needed.
