TPS (Toyota Production System) Engineer - Assembly Department

Key Responsibilities: Implement TPS principles : Apply and promote Toyota Production System (TPS) methodologies, including Just-in-Time (JIT), Kaizen, and Jidoka, to enhance productivity, quality, and safety within the assembly processes.
Continuous Improvement : Lead and participate in Kaizen events, identify process inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions to reduce waste, improve flow, and optimize resources.
Root Cause Analysis : Utilize problem-solving techniques, such as the 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams, to address production issues and prevent recurrence.
Standardize Work : Develop and maintain standardized work procedures to ensure consistency and quality across the assembly lines.
Training & Development : Provide training and support to operators and team members on TPS principles, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production) to implement TPS improvements and achieve performance targets.
Data Analysis & Reporting : Collect, analyze, and report on key production metrics to monitor process performance and recommend improvements.
