Responsibilities

: Lead traffic studies and traffic analysis and traffic design projects while leading junior engineers on similar tasks Prepare and review cost estimates for traffic related components on assigned projects As part of a project team, collaborate on plan production to produce high quality plans, specifications that follow agency standards and guidelines for signal, signing and striping, maintenance of traffic and traffic control plans for State and local governments Manage and coordinate project drawings using MicroStation and/or AutoCAD software Opportunity to collaborate and support design efforts nationwide Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery Maintain quality control of services and deliverables Engage with the transportation industry to identify marketing opportunities and build strategic business development relationships Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program Professional Engineer (PE) required, PTOE desirable 10+ years of related civil engineering experience Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microstation and/or CAD is required Self-motivated and adaptable to learn virtual collaboration tools OUR BENEFITS Medical, dental and vision insurance Immediate accrued paid time off 401(k) with match and no vesting schedule Flexible spending or health savings account options Basic life insurance/short-term & long-term disability coverage at no cost to the employee with option to purchase supplemental life insurance Bonus program Flexible hours and hybrid work schedule options Tuition assistance Professional development opportunities Casual dress WHY B&N?
