Position Summary: The Unified Communications Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 Office suite applications. You will be responsible for providing Level III support and troubleshooting for our enterprise on-premise platforms, specifically focusing on collaboration tools such as SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer SharePoint 2016, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Support and troubleshoot Server IIS and database infrastructure for seamless operations. Guide users and teams in migrating from one version of SharePoint to another effectively.
