Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Power Systems department supporting innovative projects across Tucson, Tempe, and Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have out-of-the-box thinking, effective communication skills, and a strong "Finds A Way" mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Lead Software Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: $89/hr
What's the Job?
Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications in LabVIEW and other languages.
Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software.
Design, plan, and coordinate work teams to ensure project success.
Provide technical support to project team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Utilize a wide degree of creativity and latitude in problem-solving and project execution.
What's Needed?
10 years of experience working with LabVIEW.
Ability to travel between Tucson and Tempe sites.
Bachelor's degree in a related area.
6-8 years of experience in the field.
Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA) or Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) is a plus.
