Hiring: Suspension Tunable Engineer – Michigan

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role. Duration: 3/21/2025 – 12/25/2025 Experience: 5+ years preferred (2+ years minimum with Bachelor’s)

We’re looking for a hands-on engineer to design and develop tunable suspension components —including springs, dampers, stabilizer bars, drop links, air springs, and air suspension —from concept to production. Key Requirements: Strong experience with tunable components (not just vehicle dynamics or part release) Deep understanding of how dampers and other tunables work Proven design, validation, and prototype assembly experience 3D CAD, GD&T, and project leadership skills
