We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Full Stack Developer to join our People Engineering team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Work with internal business groups on design and implementation opportunities, challenges, and requirements
Responsibility for the full product lifecycle. We design, develop, test, and deploy our code
Perform coding, unit testing, implementation and documentation of solutions
Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved
Analyze information and provide recommendations to address and resolve business and technical issues
Actively participate in team discussions, provide guidance and expert opinion on the subject matter
Provide superior software development services in a fast-paced and innovative working environment
Technical Environment:
Code: Java 17/21 (Spring, Maven), Angular 18, Oracle PL SQL
Architecture: Microservice based
Deployment: Private cloud infrastructure (VMs or containers)
Tools:
Gitlab (git + CI/CD)
Intellij
Docker
Splunk
Jira, Confluence
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.5-7 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Experience in web application software development required
Proficiency in Java, C# or similar language required
Proficiency in both the development and consumption of Web Services and RESTful APIs required
Proficiency in Relational Database design and development of DDL and DML PL SQL scripting required
Experience in SDLC, DevOps processes – CI/CD tools, Git, etc required
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to document/track work required
Strong analytical skills, ability to maintain focus for extended periods and consistent attention to detail required
An understanding of monitoring/logging tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Moogsoft preferred
Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Principals preferred
Expertise in Spring framework, Angular, and Software System Architecture knowledge preferred
