Civil/Environmental Engineer – Water & Wastewater

Design and develop wastewater systems: pipelines, pump stations, treatment facilities, and reclaimed water distribution. Prepare engineering reports, technical memoranda, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Lead project execution while adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Supervise and coordinate work with engineers, drafters, and technicians. Apply hydraulic modeling and Civil 3D to deliver resilient infrastructure solutions. Support construction oversight and collaborate with clients and project teams. Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred). 6–12 years of experience in water/wastewater design and construction. PE license in California (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydraulic modeling, and interdisciplinary coordination. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Experience with proposal writing, scope/fee development, and contract negotiation. ️ Bonus Experience
Stormwater, drainage, and water quality systems. Asset management, condition assessments, and rehabilitation planning. Field inspection and site investigation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $150000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
