JOB SUMMARY
Divers Alert Network (DAN) is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Acumatica Software Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to develop, customize, and implement solutions within the Acumatica Cloud ERP platform. As an Acumatica Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering customized functionalities, integrating third-party applications, and optimizing workflows to align with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Development and Customization
• Develop and implement customizations within the Acumatica ERP platform using Acumatica Framework and programming tools such as C#, .NET, and Visual Studio.
• Create and enhance modules, reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical and operational requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from Acumatica into data warehouses or analytics platforms
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Integration
• Design and develop integration solutions between Acumatica ERP and third-party applications or services using REST and OData APIs.
• Ensure data accuracy and seamless data flow across integrated systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and integration performance issues.
System Optimization
• Analyze existing Acumatica implementations to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions for enhanced performance.
• Optimize system configurations and data workflows to deliver efficient and scalable operations.
• Implement updates and upgrades to Acumatica ERP, ensuring compatibility with existing customizations and integrations.
Testing and Quality Assurance
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
• Address and resolve technical issues or bugs during the testing phase and post-deployment.
Documentation and Training
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and system configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of Acumatica ERP functionalities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, and SQL with a solid understanding of software development best practices.
• Experience working with Acumatica ERP or other ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for application integration.
• Knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and related web technologies
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Acumatica Developer Certification or equivalent certifications in ERP platforms.
• Experience with Acumatica Customization Project Editor or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Understanding of financial and supply chain modules within ERP systems.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of remote work and on-site collaboration on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Candidates should be comfortable working in both environments and possess the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
