Responsibilities for Internal Candidates
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize production processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement manufacturing best practices
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
WE VALUE
Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)
Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge in circuit card manufacturing
