Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) 3+ years of professional Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Manufacturing Engineering experience with a focus on future program planning

Experience with assembly plant processes & systems (Body, Paint, or General Assembly).

Future program launch/execution experience.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Processes.

Ability to gather information, organize and make presentations to Senior Leadership.

What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) 5+ Years Vehicle Assembly Industrial Engineering experience (Body, Paint and General Assembly).

Working knowledge of work measurement techniques (STDS) & the Assembly Processing System (APS).

Indirect Labor/Material IE experience

Team Center - working with product math data.
