Responsibilities:
Analog/Mixed-Signal design, simulation, and verification.
High-speed testing with scope and BERT.
Layout design and support, including layout optimizations for high speed or high precision performance.
Interface verification between analog and digital circuits.
Documentation of IP and design specifications.
Requirements:
Familiarity with Cadence analog design/layout flow and spice/spectreMDL simulations.
Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
The annual base salary in California, US, is expected to be between $105,000 - $135,000, depending on skills, education, experience, and market factors.
