This HVAC Sales Executive will work closely with the Business Development team, Outside Sales team, and End Users to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close deals. They will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the companies market presence.
This is a DIRECT HIRE position for well qualified candidates for my client. This position is in office and requires quarterly travel in California.
Pay Range is $70,000.00 - $170,000.00 base pay and commission package
Duties: Collaborate with the Business Development and Outside Sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and other key stakeholders Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a strong understanding of airside systems Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
