What You'll Do
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customers to design innovative manufacturing systems. Create scopes of work, bills of materials, and concept drawings. Specify hardware such as sensors, actuators, projectors, smart tools, robotics, and vision systems. Integrate with manufacturing software platforms (MES, ERP, CAD, etc.). Design mechanical elements - fixtures, workstations, and custom tooling. Support assembly, installation, training, and troubleshooting on-site (domestic & international). Apply Lean, Six Sigma, ergonomics, and other manufacturing best practices. What We're Looking For Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years' engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (data center/electronics manufacturing a plus). Background in customer-facing technical work. Willingness to travel 20-25% (domestic & international). Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. CAD experience Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $75K-$85K (flexible for more experienced candidates). 5% annual discretionary bonus.
