Location: Corporate Office Tigard, OR (with occasional travel to properties in the Portland metro area) Job Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Salary Range: $60,000 $70,000 annually About the Role LHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Regional Portfolio Manager to support the oversight of a portfolio of affordable housing communities in the Portland, OR area. This position is based out of our corporate office in Tigard, OR, with occasional travel to properties for site visits, inspections, and team support. Key Responsibilities Assist in the operational oversight of multiple affordable housing properties. Support compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing program requirements. Monitor property performance metrics including occupancy, rent collection, and maintenance. Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure high-quality resident services and property standards. Participate in budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Conduct periodic site visits and assist with property audits and inspections. Help implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in property management, affordable housing, or a related field preferred. Experience supporting a portfolio of properties rather than one individual property is highly preferred. Familiarity with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC) is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Ability to travel locally as needed.
