This role is to provide remote technical support the US Foods Avaya Voice IT team. The resource will function as an extension of the internal voice team and provide ongoing support for Avaya Communication Manager (CM) and related systems.
Scope of Work: • Support activities will include, but are not limited to: • Reducing PBX extensions and eliminating unused vectors and cover paths to contribute to cost optimization efforts. • Adding a credit option to auto attendants at approximately 20 distribution centers. • Cleaning up CMS users, agent IDs, and associated groups. • Assisting in the removal of unused WFM-monitored extensions. • Supporting a potential reconfiguration of Music on Hold (MOH) to transition to a centralized Spectrio solution. • Performing general Avaya CM programming tasks and maintenance as directed.
