Job Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level backup and storage solutions. Perform regular backups, data restores, and disaster recovery drills. Monitor and troubleshoot backup and storage systems to ensure high availability and performance. Manage storage systems including provisioning, capacity planning, and performance tuning. Maintain backup schedules, retention policies, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Support data replication, migration, and archival across systems and locations. Work closely with IT teams to ensure data protection for servers, databases, and critical applications. Ensure data security, including encryption and access control for storage and backup data. Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and recovery plans. Provide technical support during incidents or audits related to backup and storage systems. Monitor system health, usage, and trends, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements. Participate in system upgrades, patching, and change management processes.
