Requirement:

A) Bilingual English Japanese

B) Minimum 2 years' experience of SI (System Integration)

Plus required to be applicable any two below 1 to 6:

• Experience on design and build IP Phone System like Cisco Call Manager or Avaya. (Cisco/Avaya IP Phone)
• Experience of application with Cisco products (Router/Switch) with knowledge of debug (Cisco debug)
• Experience on design and build application, routing, Firewall / VPN on UNIX (Routing, Application, UNIX, Firewall/VPN)
• Experience of proposal and system integration with knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory on Microsoft Windows Server (Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory Exchange)
• Experience of IT Project Management of Office Relocation Project (Office IT PM)
• Experience of work at ISP / Carrier (ISP/Carrier)

Job Description:

• Research on clients' needs and answer their inquiries
• Create services for clients with utilizing Internet related products
• Manage and coordinate projects
• Implement and upgrade existing and new solutions.
• Perform troubleshoots/customer support for network and servers
• Install server/products onsite
• Maintain and manage current client list
• Perform other related tasks as requested
