Location: Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Minneapolis, MN Metro Area)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST

Seeking a Bridge Design Engineer to join a well-established civil engineering firm in the Minneapolis metro area. This firm has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality bridge design, inspection, and construction services. The ideal candidate will work on cast-in-place and precast bridges from concept through fabrication.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop structural plans for reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, steel, and timber bridges
• Work on prefabricated steel truss bridge design
• Perform bridge condition and safety inspections
• Develop plans using AutoCAD, MathCAD, RISA-3D, and AASHTOWare BrR
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• ~ 2 - 8 years of bridge design experience
• EIT or PE certification preferred
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MathCAD, RISA-3D, and AASHTOWare BrR
• Background in bridge safety inspections and prefabricated steel truss design

Compensation & Benefits:

• ~ $36.06--$52.88/hr (~ $70K--$110K)
• Business casual work attire
• On-site role

• Background check (7 years) & 10-panel drug screen required
• Minimal travel required
