Bridge Engineer Position

Selectek is seeking a highly skilled Bridge Engineer with a strong background in project management for a position in Indianapolis, IN. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating plans for new bridge projects. This role also involves overseeing the production of engineering drawings and ensuring the coordination and execution of projects, from startup through final design, with strict control over scope, budget, and time schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop plans for new bridge projects.
  • Plan, review, and manage the production of engineering drawings.
  • Coordinate project execution while ensuring control of scope, budget, and schedules.
  • Manage projects from startup through final design phases.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • BS or MS in Civil or Structural Engineering.
    • 5+ years of experience in bridge design.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Proficiency in Civil 3D or MicroStation.
  • Preferred:
    • INDOT experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $90K - $110K
