A respected engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead technical teams and oversee site design, utilities, stormwater, permitting, and construction observation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong CADD skills, capable of producing final deliverables and managing project quality from start to finish. 6–10 years of progressive civil engineering experience

Experience in land development for commercial, industrial, municipal, and institutional projects

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design tools

Familiarity with local regulatory agency requirements and permitting processes

Executive presence and professionalism to interface with clients
