Civil Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team, specializing in commercial site development predominantly located in the Metro Area. This role involves working in the office full-time, focusing on drafting, redlining blueprints, and drawings without the engineering of sites. Responsibilities include: redlining various aspects of blueprints and drawings, conducting all drafting tasks in the office, and collaborating with a small team of project managers and engineers.

Essential skills include: 1+ years of experience in Civil Engineering and/or land development, a degree in Civil Engineering, 1+ years of drafting experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Additional skills and qualifications include: 1+ year of experience in site development work, a 2-year Associate's degree in Civil Technician or a similar field, and experience with grading and slope design.

The office is located in Blaine and offers a laid-back environment where jeans and polos are the standard dress code. You will be part of a small team, including two project managers, three to four civil engineers, and one drafter. The position requires working 40 hours a week, with the possibility of overtime depending on project deadlines.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
