Job Responsibilities:

• Perform field service on CNC tool & cutter grinding machines at customer facilities
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues both on-site and remotely
• Install CNC grinding machines at customer sites
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Interpret and use mechanical, electrical, and other technical drawings
• Travel up to 80% to support customers across the USA, Canada, and Mexico

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with CNC grinding machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Experience supporting customers onsite and remotely
• Knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
