Commercial Building Engineer

Pay: Up to $67,000
We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team as a full-time Building Engineer.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical maintenance.
- Responsible for building maintenance stock and inventory, daily operation of building automated systems and assuring that building(s) are city/code compliant.
- Weekly on-call duties via emergency phone service and contracted monitoring stations for both burglary and fire systems.
- Responding to building house-calls in a timely manner through work orders generated by company furnished cell phone.
- Keeping up good tenant relations in all office building(s).
- Communication between day porters and security guards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years
- Familiarity with centrifugal chillers/chill water systems
- HVAC pneumatic controls
- Previous experience in commercial property management preferred
- Team Player
- Strong initiative, honest and customer service oriented
