Responsibilities: Ensure the hotel is in excellent working order, meeting all operational standards for the Engineering Department. Conduct walk-throughs and assess maintenance and operation of hotel structures, systems, and equipment. Manage the Rooms and Public Area Preventive Maintenance Program and keep records updated. Collaborate with hotel management and the General Manager. Hire, train, supervise, coach, and counsel staff, including managers. Maintain grounds to provide a great arrival experience. Implement safety and emergency policies, including evacuation procedures and hazard removal, following OSHA standards. Qualifications: Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance. Leadership skills to manage a team. Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance.
