Drive improvements in composite manufacturing to enhance performance, efficiency, and scalability. Ideal Qualifications Extensive experience in composite manufacturing, particularly with thin-walled structures or novel aerospace applications. Skilled at hands-on work with composites and maintaining attention to detail throughout the production process. Proven experience in developing and optimizing production processes, including integrating design improvements to support manufacturing. Familiarity with the design and fabrication of deployable or lightweight composite structures. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
