As our Continuous Improvement Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping and deploying our Operations Excellence System (OES) across regional and global sites. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where your expertise will directly influence how we improve processes, reduce waste, and empower teams to continuously evolve.
This position is based in Greensboro, NC or Moulton, AL, with travel up to 40% to support regional and global initiatives.
Your Impact Lead the implementation of lean principles and continuous improvement strategies across production sites.
Standardize and document best practices, methods, and processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
Identify bottlenecks, analyze disruptions, and implement practical, data-driven solutions.
Train and coach employees at all levels to build lean capabilities and foster a culture of improvement.

What You Bring Experience applying Lean methodology in an industrial environment.
Lean Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt a plus).
Strong background in 5S, KPI development, and process optimization.
Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or similar) OR 10+ years as a Lean Practitioner.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
