Reliance One is seeking a Controls Engineer to lead cutting-edge automation projects and support daily operations with a focus on safety, quality, and uptime. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone excited about working with collaborative robots, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and advanced vision systems.

Key Responsibilities: Lead development and implementation of automation projects, including: Collaborative robots AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) Vision Systems Provide daily support for production operations Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process failures Supervise skilled trades personnel as needed Ensure compliance with GM safety and controls standards Maintain documentation and develop maintenance SOPs Participate in downtime planning and new launch activities Collaborate with other engineers and maintenance teams to share knowledge and best practices

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred; associate degree in Robotics-focused program will also be considered Minimum of 3 years experience in a related role Strong experience in: PLC Programming and Troubleshooting (Rockwell, Siemens) Robotics Integration , particularly with Fanuc CRX Series 3D Vision System Implementation Must have hands-on experience with Fanuc CRX Series robots Ability to lead project-based work from programming to installation and safety buyoff
