Job DescriptionAyming USA is looking for a Cost Segregation Project Manager/Engineer to join our Sales Team.
Your main responsibilities will be :
- Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality, client-ready cost segregation reports.
- Conduct site inspections and gather data, including asset photography, field notes, and utility system observations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring timely and proactive communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure final reports meet scope of work, engagement letter terms, and internal quality standards.
- Maintain accurate internal records and update project schedules and status reports in the project management system.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years in cost segregation, commercial construction, tax consulting, or a related discipline.
- Verbal and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners
