Ayming USA is looking for a Cost Segregation Project Manager/Engineer to join our Sales Team. Your main responsibilities will be : Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality, client-ready cost segregation reports. Conduct site inspections and gather data, including asset photography, field notes, and utility system observations. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring timely and proactive communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Ensure final reports meet scope of work, engagement letter terms, and internal quality standards. Maintain accurate internal records and update project schedules and status reports in the project management system.
Qualifications
4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years in cost segregation, commercial construction, tax consulting, or a related discipline. Verbal and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners About You  : Tax related industry experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
