About the Role

As aSolution Engineer,you will play a key role in helping our clients understand the value of our CRM consulting services. Youll work closely with Sales and Program Success teams to scope requirements, identify high-level architecture, estimate project efforts and finalize value-demonstrating proposals. Your expertise in consulting CRM solutions, understanding technical aspects of the solution, and implementation of best practices and roadmap will help craft proposals that are both compelling and feasible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales & Program Successto understand client needs and define tailored CRM-based solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery sessionswith prospects and existing clients to gather technical requirements based on the initial discovery sessions conducted by sales.
  • Assess the clients current AS-ISstate and propose a futureTO-BEstate that aligns with their business goals, outlining a phased approach for implementation.
  • Perform no-code/CRMprocess modellingand re-engineering for theTO-BEprocesses
  • Provideconsultingadvisory for an optimal system architecture
  • Define high-level solution designthat align with client business goals and technical environments and ensure alignment with the delivery team.
  • Estimate implementation efforts, including project scope, timeline, and resource needs.
  • Support sales cyclesby providing technical expertise, scoping documents, and solution recommendations.
  • Ensure feasibilityby aligning proposed solutions with the capabilities of the delivery team.
  • Create pre-sales assets, such as proposal templates, technical scoping guides, and demo materials.
  • Participate in handovers with the delivery team, ensuring clarity and continuity between pre-sales and project execution.
  • Continuously improve estimation accuracyby incorporating lessons learned from completed projects.
  • Communicatethe Metrix implementation processes to the prospects and existing customers

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experiencein CRMimplementation, solution design, or technical consulting.
  • Strong knowledge ofsolution architecture, process design, system integrations, and data models.
  • Experience ineffort estimation, pre-sales consulting, or professional services scoping.
  • Ability to communicatetechnical solutions in a business-friendly manner.
  • Background intechnical delivery, CRM consulting, or pre-sales engineering.
  • Strong understanding ofCRM capabilitiesand integration best practices.
  • Strongcommunication skillsto engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Must have Must be eligible to travel to Canada and USA
  • The job could involve travelling up to once a month in North America

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience withCRM configuration or integrations.
  • Familiarity with CRM Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience of developing solutions in Creatio.
  • Professional level French language is an asset.
