Who We're Seeking

We are seeking a strategic, technically driven HubSpot expert to join our team and support the design, configuration, and optimization of client CRM systems.


The ideal candidate has a strong background in CRM strategy, backend architecture, and business process design. Youll work closely with clients and internal teams to plan and implement HubSpot solutions that support revenue operations, data migration, system integration, and technical automation. This is a highly collaborative role where youll be relied on for technical insight, platform expertise, and a proactive mindset focused on solving complex operational challenges.



The Responsibilities For This Role:

CRM Planning & HubSpot Architecture:
Consult and develop strategic CRM architecture recommendations tailored to each clients operational needs within HubSpot. Guide decisions around pipeline setup, custom objects, and property structure, focusing on how the backend system supports scalability, process clarity, and team alignment. Collaborate on the full lifecycle of planning through implementation.


Data Planning, Hygiene & Migration Execution: Own the strategy and execution of client data transitions into HubSpot. This includes auditing current data structures, identifying areas for cleanup and consolidation, planning field mapping, and overseeing migrations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across the CRM.


HubSpot Implementation: Lead configuration projects inside HubSpot, aligning technical system setup with client goals. Work collaboratively with clients to map out their RevOps structure, then configure the CRM to support lead management, customer journeys, pipeline logic, and team workflows. Act as both consultant and implementer.


Technical Problem Solving:Serve as a go-to technical resource for identifying and solving CRM challenges. Troubleshoot workflow, data, or structural issues in HubSpot and adjacent platforms. Propose scalable solutions that improve clarity, usability, and overall performance of client systems.


Reporting Infrastructure: Design and implement reporting systems across all Hubs in HubSpot, as well as CMS and ERP platforms where applicable. Build dashboards and custom reports that surface insights tied to client objectives, from marketing performance and sales activity to service outcomes and operational effectiveness.


Client Portal & Custom Experience Development: Support the development of client-facing experiences using HubSpot tools such as HubDB, custom objects, and pipelines. Plan backend systems that enable logged-in portals, dynamic data displays, and integrated user experiences tied to the CRM.

Strategic Implementation Accuracy:Recommendations and configuration work align with client business goals, platform best practices, and long-term scalability. Solutions are implemented correctly the first time with minimal rework, validated through both internal QA and client acceptance.


Data Integrity & Migration Outcomes: Data migration and cleanup initiatives are executed with a high level of accuracy, ensuring minimal error rates, clean imports, and functional property mappings that allow for seamless CRM operation and reliable reporting.


Automation & System Stability: Workflow automation and integration projects function reliably, with low support overhead after deployment. Processes reduce manual workload for clients and demonstrate measurable operational efficiency improvements.


Excellence in Execution: Projects and tasks owned by this role are delivered on time and at a high standard without the need for micromanagement. When youre working on a task, the team knows without question that it will be done, and done correctly. You consistently improve and learn from each task, project, client, etc., how to improve yourself, our team, and the client's experience.


HubSpot Certifications: Maintain all relevant and role-specific HubSpot certifications (e.g., CRM Implementation, Operations Hub, Custom Objects), demonstrating ongoing mastery of the platform and a proactive approach to professional development.

  • Base Salary: $60k-$85k depending on experience and background
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): $70k-$95k (when adding in bonuses for hitting metrics, commission for cross-sell and upsell)
