Job/Position Summary
Responsibilities:
Lead/Support Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) in collaboration with other functional engineers
Support Security Requirement development, Security Requirement review, and work closely with functional engineers to ensure the execution of these requirements
Provide guidance on compliance to product cybersecurity standards
Identifying weaknesses in systems and networks, conducting penetration testing, and implementing security measures to mitigate risks.
Monitoring networks and systems for suspicious activity, analyzing security logs, and using security tools to detect potential threats.
Developing and implementing incident response plans, investigating security breaches, and taking appropriate actions to contain and resolve incidents
Designing and implementing secure network architectures, configuring security devices, and developing security solutions
Implement sensitive data prevention measures
Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related subject
Experience in Industrial controls or embedded systems
Understanding of Design and Application of Mechatronics Systems (electronic hardware and interconnections that measure and control systems)
Understanding of Industrial Controls
Experience with cyber security in embedded systems
Working knowledge of cyber security principles, threat analysis and engineering tools
Proficiency in security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve security incidents.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with IT teams and other stakeholders.
Ability to stay up to date on the latest threats and security trends
Knowledge of programming languages, such as C, C++, Python, or MATLAB
High familiarity with Windows and Linux OS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good to have CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CISSP (or similar) certified
