Your role and responsibilities
As a Brand Technical Specialist (BTS) for AI Assistants you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Product Demonstration: Creating client facing demos for the following products - Watsonx assistants, Watsonx orchestrate, Watsonx code assistant, Watsonx BI, Watson APIs, Cognos Analytics, Planning Analytics, SPSS Modeler, Business Analytics, Blueworks Live, Business Automation, CP4BA, Decision Mgmt, RPA, Process Mining, Workflow Automation, WCAz
Client Strategy Design: Creating client strategies for Data & AI infrastructure.
Solution Definition: Defining IBM Data & AI solutions that enhance technology stacks.
Educational Support: Providing proof of concepts and simplifying complex topics to educate clients.
Credibility Building: Establishing credibility and trust to facilitate the closure of intricate deals.
Required technical and professional expertise
· Business Goal Translation: Translating business goals into technical solutions through collaborative teamwork.
· Stakeholder Influence: Utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence diverse senior stakeholders within enterprises.
· Hands-on experience with the following products: Watsonx assistants, Watsonx orchestrate, Watsonx code assistant, Watsonx BI, Watson APIs, Cognos Analytics, Planning Analytics, SPSS Modeler, Business Analytics, Blueworks Live, Business Automation, CP4BA, Decision Mgmt, RPA, Process Mining, Workflow Automation, WCAz.
· Two years or more client facing experience selling software solutions.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Data & AI Market Knowledge: Expertise in the Data & AI market to quickly become a trusted client advisor.
