Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to: Single point of contact for daily execution of tasks. Scheduling and monitoring the performance of on-site technicians, third party vendors, and other resources performing work at the data hall. Assist with new hire interviews, staff onboarding and continuous mentoring and training of staff. Provide proper training, set clear expectations, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
