Job Title : DevOps Engineer RPA & Azure Focus



Job Summary

Were seeking a collaborative and highly technical DevOps Engineer to empower our RPA and Azure development teams. Youll be the go-to expert for CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and environment provisioningwhile also supporting security and policy enforcement. This role will also serve as a backup to our Infrastructure Engineer, offering dynamic operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • CI/CD Pipeline Ownership: Build, maintain, and optimize pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps or comparable tools.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage environment provisioning and configuration using Terraform, ARM, or Azure Resource Manager templates.
  • Azure Automation & Environment Provisioning: Support developers with environment setup, permissions, and troubleshooting, ensuring streamlined access and workflows.
  • Security & Policy Compliance: Collaborate on enforcing security best practices and policies within pipelines and environments.
  • Monitoring & Reliability: Implement observability via tools like Azure Monitor or Application Insights to ensure system performance and availability.
  • Backup Infrastructure Support: Provide operational resilience by stepping in for the Infrastructure Engineer when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in DevOps, centered around Azure environments, CI/CD implementation, and IaC practices.
  • Proficiency with scripting: PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate routine tasks and workflows.
  • Familiarity with security integration within DevOps processes, including policy-driven enforcement and secure deployments.
  • Strong collaboration skills, serving as an essential bridge for developers needing support with infrastructure needs.
  • Bonus: Certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent are highly desirable.
