Job Details Lead or support complex engineering tasks and calculations with minimal technical guidance on non-standard issues.

Plan and coordinate work efforts while serving as a representative of the firm in resolving significant technical or project challenges. Prepare project-specific construction specifications and perform construction administration tasks. Produce technical documents including reports, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, and permitting packages. Apply advanced engineering judgment in the design and planning of civil systems including (but not limited to):

** Site development and master planning ** Phasing and demolition plans ** Erosion and sedimentation control ** Site geometry, paving, and grading ** Stormwater management and drainage systems ** Utility coordination and design including potable water, fire protection, sanitary sewer, reclaimed water, and lift stations ** Plan and profile drawings, cross sections, and technical construction details

Requirements: Bachelor Degree in engineering 10+ years of experience as a civil engineer Professional Engineer (PE) Experience in Land and/or Site Development
