Durability Engineer CAE engineer

Responsibilities:

Long-term structural integrity and durability performance under real usage conditions using simulation.

Requirements:

Develop detailed FEA models to evaluate vehicle durability, fatigue life, vibration endurance/fatigue, and load-bearing capacity for complete vehicle systems under varying operating circumstances.
•Tools knowledge required (mandatory): Ncode, Nastran, Abaqus, ANSA.
•Correlate virtual simulations to physical testing
•Perform road load data analysis to determine component and system damage levels

Pay Rate: $50/Hr
