International 3PL company is seeking an IT Specialist in Long Beach, CA.

Must have at least 5+ years of systems design, implementation and development experience. Seeking a self-motivated, proactive candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software designing and development required. Ability to understand customer business and requirements to put them into system design required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in web system development using popular languages such as ASP/ASP.net (C++, C#, VB), JavaScript, Python and database such as SQL Server required. Experience in selecting and implementing a minimum of two different no-code or low-code applications required. Experience of test scenario creation and system tests required. Ability to think logically to solve problems required. Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team required. Willingness to learn and try new technologies. Experience in Freight Forwarding, 3PL, Logistics industry preferred. Bilingual in Japanese and English preferred.
