Pay and Benefits

Banner Engineering is committed to offering competitive pay and benefits, including, but not limited to:



Base Pay Range: $80,161 - $138,468

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Position Summary

Electrical Engineer plays a key role in supporting Banner's Wireless, Network and Condition Monitoring Business Unit team by facilitating Banner's continued growth in the industrial automation and system control market. This position is responsible for designing, testing and documenting new sensor monitoring devices with connectivity to system controllers, and contributing to the success of Banner's goals. The ideal candidate brings strong electrical engineering skills, specifically in hardware design, and a proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work in a team environment. A desire to develop embedded solutions to drive your electrical designs is a strongly preferred skill.

This position reports to the Technologist.
