Manufacturing Engineer

Location: 2305 Walnut St Roseville, MN USA 55113

Duration: 12 Months | 100% Onsite

Pay Range: $44/hr to $46/hr (On W2)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, process validations, and equipment troubleshooting. This role will be responsible for evaluating production equipment, developing process improvements, creating manufacturing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate production equipment and processes for performance, efficiency, and compliance.

Provide production support and lead process validation activities.

Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Write and review protocols, reports, and other technical documentation.

Generate and update manufacturing process documentation in compliance with business standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing goals.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate, divisional, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies, procedures, and regulations.

Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System.

Participate in small-scale projects or assist senior engineers in larger initiatives.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

0-2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).

Skills & Competencies:
