:
Prepares and coordinates the plans and schedules for new or existing programs.
Determines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements.
Supports and participates in negotiations with customer.
Analyzes effects of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources.
Resolves proposal preparation problems and assesses the progress against established plans and parameters.
Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.

Additional Information :
This position is intended for the Advanced Manufacturing Dept. (E66) within the Specialty Engineering Team under E&D.
The applicant will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks, but not limited to; forecasting, project management, budgeting, invoicing, charge reconciliation and creating workflows.
This position will regularly interact with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain management to complete said duties and will work within the program control group.
Due to this being a new department, we are looking for a self-starter who enjoys documenting research and work in parallel to completing tasks. Also, someone that thrives in a fast pace learning environment and can work independently to drive tasks to ground.
Minimum Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience.
Master’s Degree and 1 year of experience.
4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree.
8 years of non-related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree.
An Apprentice Certificate or graduation from Navy Nuclear Power School can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree.
