POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a full-time Environmental Engineer. Our team works with communities on a wide range of civil, municipal, and environmental projects. We are looking for a Professional Engineer who would work with Engineers, CAD Technicians, Construction Observers, Land Survey Chiefs and office staff in various capacities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participate in Business Development, including initiation of client contacts and preparation of project proposals.
* Client contact including attendance at board or council meetings.
* Prepare detailed technical engineering reports.
* Prepare plans and specifications for specific projects.
* Work with Construction Observers/Resident Technicians during all facets of construction.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering with Master's degree preferred.
* Five (5) years of environmental engineering design experience.
* Experience in municipal wastewater treatment and drinking water treatment design and construction.
* Iowa or Missouri P.E. license or EIT certification with ability to obtain P.E. license within 1 year preferred.
