The annual base salary range for this position is $102000 - $128,550. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Key Responsibilities: Ownership of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) program including data acquisition, software, training, accountability while defining underlaying losses and systematically driving actions to improve the metric. Analysis of trends, operational history, maintenance data and Root-Cause Failure Analysis Develops risk management plans that will anticipate reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operation. Designs maintenance programs to minimize maintenance complexity and reduce maintenance downtime. Performs capital planning, critical spares evaluation and system component upgrades as required to ensure reliability and combat obsolescence.
