What does your day look like? Picture yourself influencing design decisions, engaging with a skilled team, and ensuring that our steel joists meet—and exceed—project and industry standards. Primary Adventures Await: Designing intricately responsible steel joists targeting commercial and industrial facilities. Executing structural analysis through advanced software tools and precise manual calculations. Facilitating active collaboration among drafting, manufacturing, and project teams. Strategizing from blueprints and providing systemic guidance to optimize effectiveness. Delivering expert advice and technical support to enhance our services. Committing to compliance with all relevant safety and engineering standards. Your Professional Toolkit: In possession of a civil or structural engineering degree (higher education is an advantage). Certification as a PE—or at least on the journey there—elevates your profile. Three or more years in the arena of steel joist design. Mastery in structural software like RISA, SAP2000, and STAAD.
