The team is seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to provide customer support, testing, and field repair for LED gas price signs, dynamic message signs, and traffic control systems. This role requires a professional, customer-focused approach in a technical, customer-facing field position. Availability to travel up to 75% to customer sites within the surrounding states

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Travel to customer locations to install, test, and troubleshoot dynamic message sign systems on highways, roads, and gas stations. Complete assigned project work orders on time. Prepare trip reports, test results, feedback for engineering, and other written updates. Communicate clearly and regularly with customers and team members. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in basic electronics Associate's or Bachelor's degree in electronics preferred Experience in the use of multimeters measuring AC and DC voltage Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Basic networking and Linux/Unix command line experience is a plus Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds Ability to perform in outside elements Comfortable and able to work from a bucket truck at heights up to 100 feet Must possess a valid driver's license
