Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our gas delivery products and systems at client sites. You will serve as the face of the company during on-site visits, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration of systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures or malfunctions.
• Provide technical support and training tocustomers..
• Document service calls, including detailed reports and recommendations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to customer locations, sometimes at short notice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Associate Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a field service technician or engineer.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software systems used in the semiconductor industry..
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
