If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Fire Protection Engineering Technician! Degree in fire protection engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering field A NICET certification and experience with CAD are preferred. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm . In this fire safety role, you will start your day by reviewing and refining fire protection designs, ensuring sprinkler, alarm, and suppression systems meet stringent NFPA and IBC standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and AHJs to address complex code interpretations and perform detailed hazard assessments. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with design adjustments, verifying compliance, and delivering performance-based design solutions that uphold safety and excellence in every project.
