As a Founding Product Engineer, you’ll lead design and engineering on mission-critical experiences that sit between consumers and AI agents. You’ll ship full-stack features end-to-end and be surrounded by engineers from places like Stripe, Robinhood, Airbnb, Ramp, and other high growth SaaS and fintech startups. Job Details

Responsibilities

* Lead full-cycle product development — from idea to scalable system — for both consumer-facing and enterprise-level tools * Design and build intuitive UIs and agent management dashboards that don’t yet exist in the market * Collaborate across AI, data, and backend teams to define how humans interact with intelligent agents * Own systems that impact real-time decision-making for financial professionals * Contribute to product direction, working directly with the founders and early design partners * Help shape company culture and technical standards in a high-trust, in-person environment

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related * At least 5 years of experience in software engineering and 2 years at a high-growth startup * Experience Frontend or Full-Stack to build and ship B2B or B2C SaaS products * Experience working with React and TypeScript * Strong GitHub or technical portfolio demonstrating clean, high-impact engineering work * Quick learner with strong product intuition and a bias for action
