As a Founding Engineer , you’ll work directly with the founders to take our product from 0 → 1 — shaping the technical direction, shipping core features, and scaling the platform at startup speed. This is not a cushy corporate job. It’s fast, challenging, and high-impact — but also deeply rewarding for someone who wants to build something world-class from the ground up. & What You’ll Do Own features end-to-end — architecture, build, deploy, and iterate

Integrations Data Tooling: Build robust pipelines for ingesting and normalizing 3rd-party data with enterprise-grade durability and scalability

UI Development: Create intuitive, functional interfaces that push AI product design beyond basic chatbots into immersive, assistive experiences

Agentic AI Solutions: Architect and implement agents with long-term memory, RL-enhanced LLMs, and workflow automation

Work Closely with Customers: Rapidly iterate based on feedback to refine the product

Scale the Platform: Build for speed, reliability, and adaptability from day one

Requirements Experience: 3–6 years in applied AI/ML and production software engineering

Languages Tools: TypeScript, Python, React

AI/ML Knowledge: Strong grasp of ML models, underlying theory, and model selection

Applied ML experience (not just academic)

Strong foundation in statistics and math

Production ML pipeline experience

0→1 Mindset: Proven track record of owning and shipping products quickly and autonomously

Collaboration: Willing to work closely with founders, customers, and a small, driven team

Location: Must be able to work on-site in SF (relocation possible)

Bonus Points Top-tier CS school background (MIT, Stanford, Waterloo, etc.)

Prior startup or founding experience

Experience building agentic AI products
